Menara YTL
Menara YTL at 205 Jalan Bukit Bintang will provide a single home for many of the group's core businesses and offer state-of-the-art facilities for a dynamic new workforce, while staying faithful to its traditional roots by continuing to call Bukit Bintang home. Featuring striking design that befits this iconic part of the city as well as YTL's own outlook towards architectural excellence, the 41-storey tower comprises a total built-up area of 392,021sq.ft. and houses two levels of basement parking, as well as parking bays from level 1 to 7. The tower hosts meeting rooms on levels 9 and 10, while offices occupy levels 13 through to 39. The building also features a cafe, sky lobby, roof garden and town hall on level 8.

Boon Siew Honda Sdn Bhd
Boon Siew Honda Sdn Bhd, a joint venture company between Honda Motor Co., Ltd. and Oriental Holdings Bhd, began operations in September 2008 with the dual aims to consolidate motorcycle production and sales in Malaysia and to achieve higher customer satisfaction and efficiency. Prior to the emergence of the new company, Boon Siew Sdn. Bhd. was responsible for the manufacturing and wholesale business of Honda motorcycle products in Malaysia. While envisioning collaboration with other Honda companies in worldwide, Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd. will strengthen its competitiveness and strive to provide products and services, exceeding the customers’ expectations.

Kobe Precision Technology Sdn Bhd (KPTec) was incorporated in Penang, Malaysia in February 1992. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kobe Steel Ltd, Japan. We manufacture and sell aluminum ground substrates for thin-film disks - the primary high-capacity storage medium for digital data in computers and consumer appliances. We began shipment of our ground substrates to our customers in 1993 with a modest volume of 300,000 pieces per month. In 2007, our annual shipment exceeded 300 million, thus making us the largest independent worldwide supplier of aluminum ground substrates.

Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (FEM) was incorporated in February 1996. Located in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah Darul Aman and covering a total land area of about 86,000 square meters, operations include substrate plant production and media magnetic disk production. In March 2008, Fuji Electric Semiconductor (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was established for the manufacturing of industrial Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) modules. In 2011, with the complete transfer and centralization of all Disk Media business functions from Japan to Malaysia, Fuji Electric Malaysia has been made as the R&D Center as well as the Headquarter for Fuji Electric Company Magnetic Disk Media business worldwide.
